If you need curb-to-curb, lift-equipped transportation services, you must be certified as being eligible for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA guarantees equal opportunity in employment, public services, transportation, public accommodations and telecommunications for individuals with disabilities.

How to get your ADA Certification
To apply, contact NCTD ADA Certification Office at (760) 966-6525, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM and request an application packet for ADA Complementary Paratransit Services. Once completed, submit application to:

Once you have been certified, you will be given a telephone number to call to request transportation. Reservations must be made fourteen (14) days in advance of the requested travel time. The transportation scheduling office is open seven (7) days a week from 8AM to 5PM.
The one-way fare costs $3.00 during peak weekday hours (7 to 10AM and 3 to 6PM) and $2.00 during off-peak hours. On weekends and holidays, the one-way fare is $3.00.
